The idea behind the programme is to help those freedom fighters to have an opportunity to study, find a job and/or an activity and adapt to a life in exile. The help is therefore limited in time (apart from older or very ill people who are considered life beneficiaries) and depends on strict conditions. Over the past ten years, 135 individuals and their families have benefited from this programme.
